Privacy Policy
Move Crete Transfer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and booking services.
1. Data we collect
When you request a transfer or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, flight or vessel details, and any special requests such as child seats.
If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we also receive usage data about your visit through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and general device and browser information. If you decline, none of this is collected. See our Cookies Policy for the detail.
2. How we use your data
We use your information to arrange and manage your transfer, communicate with you about your booking, respond to inquiries, and improve our services. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
3. Legal basis
We process your personal data to fulfill our contract with you and to comply with legal obligations. We may also rely on your consent for specific communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
Analytics is a separate matter: it rests solely on your consent, given through the cookie banner. Nothing analytical runs before you give it, and you can withdraw it at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with our drivers or trusted partners when necessary to complete your transfer, and with service providers who help us operate our website under strict confidentiality agreements.
Where you have consented to analytics, Google Ireland Limited processes that usage data on our behalf, and it may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under Google’s standard contractual clauses.
When you use the booking form, Intuition Machines, Inc. processes your IP address and your interaction with the anti-spam challenge on our behalf, in order to confirm that the request comes from a person. That data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable is the basis for this; see our Cookies Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep your booking details for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, or tax requirements. After that period, your data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our website.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised policy.
